Return and Exchange Policy

Return and Exchanges Policy, published 05/01/2025.

Olysson Collections is a print-on-demand business, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you order the wrong size, color or simply changed your mind.

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 14 days time after your product was delivered. Rember to attach a photo or a video showing the issue for confirmation purposes.

Note 1: Customer is responsible for shipping back the product, unworn and unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Product must be shipped back at this address: “Intrarea Caminelor, Nr.2, Bl.26G, Ap.5, 100349, Ploiesti, Prahova, Romania”.

Note 2: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or exchange, will not be accepted.

Digital Products: Are NOT subject to returns, due to their nature.
